摘要: 为制定合理的通风机性能曲线方案,需要解决风阻调节和风量这两个难点问题。文章详细介绍了通风机5种风阻调节方式和变频风机的调节方式,介绍了包含风速传感器、遥测风速计测定法和动压法以及静压差法等3种风压、风量测定方法及其优缺点。通过实验对比,发现在间接测量风量的方法选择中,在条件满足的情况下,动压法以及静压差法都可以使用的时,应优先选用动压法测量风量。

Abstract: Must solve the two problem of adjusting wind resistance and wind delivery when making the scheme of performance measurement of fan. Must contrast, complement and combine the various methods when making the scheme. This article iIntroduces in detail five kinds of adjusting wind resistance and the mode of the frequency fan, introduces three kinds of measurement and theirs merits and faults of pressure and wind delivery by wind instrument and velocity pressure and differential static pressure and so on. By the contract of the experiment, should select firstly the velocity pressure method, between the velocity pressure and differential static pressure when the two methods for wind rate are adaptive alternatives.
